• La gestion du groupe a été discutée suite aux questionnements de certains membres. Il a été accepté que sauf offre d’un membre de prendre la présidence et sa charge de travail le groupe continuera de fonctionner de la même façon. Le bureau actuel a été dissous et ont été élues : Isabelle Boudier: présidente avec 27 voix pour, 1 abstention Christine West : trésorière avec 28 voix pour. Sharon Lightowlers : secrétaire avec 28 voix pour. Cheryl Wright et Sophie Reilly se sont proposées pour aider parfois à la reconnaissance des randonnées • The running of the group by the president and other leaders was discussed in view of some concerns from a couple of members. It was stated that unless there was an offer by someone to take over the presidency and all its associated tasks the group would continue to be run on exactly the same lines as in the previous years. This was agreed by the majority. At this point the current board was dissolved and voting took place to re-elect the positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Isabelle Boudier was re-elected as President with 27 votes for, 1 abstention. Sharon Lightowlers was re-elected as Secretary with 28 votes for. Chris West was re-elected as Treasurer with 28 votes for. Offers of occasional assistance in checking and subsequently leading the same hike were gratefully received from Cheryl Wright and Sophie Reilly.
• Bilan Financier/Financial report
A la clôture de l’année 2018/2019, il reste 988,92€ sur le compte en banque. Le détail des comptes avec le bilan des entrées et des dépenses à été présenté à la réunion et a été approuvé à l’unanimité. At the end of the year 2018/2019 we have 988, 92€ in the bank account.The detail of the accounts with the balance of entries and expenses were presented to the meeting and approved unanimously.
Que souhaitez-vous que nous fassions du solde de notre compte en banque ? (prise en charge de certains frais pour le repas de Noel ou de fin d’année ?) What would like us to do with the money in our bank account? (Subsidize the cost of the Christmas lunch or the end of the year party?) Les membres sont d’accord pour que l’argent reste dans le compte de l’association et soit utilisé pour racheter tables et vaisselle si nécessaire. Il pourrait également être utilisé pour payer un DJ pour la fête de fin d’année. Le remboursement de certains frais (essence, péage} pour les guides a été approuvé. This point was discussed and it was unanimously agreed that the money should stay in the bank account and be used in the future for such things as replacing tables, chairs, crockery or cutlery as needed. Also it could be used for event costs such as DJ for the end of year party. It was also approved that reasonable expenses incurred by the leaders in performing their duties should be reimbursed from the group finances e.g. petrol and toll charges. |
