•            Assurance/Insurance

Uniquement les personnes qui se seront acquittées de la cotisation de 50€ pourront participer aux randonnées.

Veuillez payer en espèces ou par chèque libellé à l’ordre de l’International Hiking Group of Provence à la prochaine randonnée.

In order to come on a hike, it will be necessary to become a member of the association. You will have to pay a membership fee of 50€.

Please bring cash or a cheque payable to 'The International Hiking Group of Provence', to the hike.

 

•            Certificat médical/Medical certificate

N’oubliez pas d’apporter le formulaire médical complété ainsi qu’un certificat médical d’aptitude à la pratique de la randonnée.

Un membre a suggéré qu’un formulaire d’auto certificat est suffisant, ce qui éviterait une visite chez le médecin. Robert Seguin va se renseigner. Voir lien en dessous-

Remember to bring the completed medical form plus a doctor’s certificate.

A member suggested that a self-certification form was available therefore avoiding the need to go to a French doctor. Robert Seguin will find out more information about this possibility. See link below-

•            Les chiens/Dogs

Les chiens obéissants sont les bienvenus sur présentation d’une attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile privée.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with proof of public liability insurance.

Les propriétaires doivent les maîtriser à tout moment y compris pendant la pause-déjeuner. Vous devez toujours avec une laisse prête à être utilisée si les guides estiment que les chiens doivent être tenus pendant certaines parties de la randonnée (si nous devons marcher dans des rues, ou si des panneaux indiquent que les chiens doivent être tenus en laisse).

Owners must keep them under control at all times including during the lunch break. You must bring a leash for your dog on ALL hikes and be prepared to use it if the leaders state that dogs must be on leads for part (or all) of the hike (e.g. due to walking on roads, or signs stating that all dogs must be on leads).

 

•            Réservation de la vaisselle/Renting the tableware

Tous les membres de l’association peuvent emprunter gratuitement toutes les chaises/tables ainsi que la vaisselle.

Florence Chaurand et Cheryl Wright se sont proposées pour dresser un inventaire des tables et vaisselle pour effectuer les remplacements nécessaires.

Members of the group can rent the tables, chairs and crockery for parties etc. free of charge.
