Hike #25: Côte bleue

Nous vous proposons une belle balade de la Calanque de Méjean, près d’Ensuès–la-Redonne, vers l’arrière pays et puis le long de la côte jusqu’à la calanque de l’Erevine où nous déjeunerons. Paysage magnifique qui n’a pas changé depuis le siècle dernier (ou presque…).

A certains endroits le sentier est très étroit donc dangereux pour les chiens, pour la sécurité de chacun il faudrait mieux les garder en laisse.

Si le temps le permet, vous pourrez faire trempette!

 

We will have a great walk from the “ Calanque Méjean “, near Ensuès-la-Redonne, inland first and then along the coast to “la Calanque de L’Erevine” where we will have lunch. It’s a special, very quiet and beautiful spot, which has not changed since the last century (almost…).

In parts the path is narrow therefore dangerous for dogs, for their and us safety it may be a good idea to keep them on a leash.

If the weather permits, you may even get to swim!

Directions: From Aix-en-Provence, take A55 direction Martigues, exit carry-le-Rouet, la Côte Bleue.

Take direction Ensuès-la-Redonne, and then la Redonne, les calanques. At la Redonne harbor follow the sign Méjean (don’t stop at “le petit Méjean” go further). Go left on chemin de Mejean. You go at the end of the road (past a restaurant) where you will find the car park behind the hamlet of Méjean. Bonne chance!
