Une magnifique balade dans la forêt du Grand Luberon au dessus du petit village de Vitrolles en Luberon. Après une montée au sommet vous pourrez admirer les Alpes enneigées. La vue s’étend sur les vallées de l’Encrême et de la Durance et les villages environnants. Un point de vue splendide!
A magnificent walk in the forest of the Grand Luberon above the little village of Vitrolles en Luberon. After a gentle climb to reach one of the peaks, your efforts will be rewarded with splendid views of the snow-capped Alps and over the Vallée de l’Encrême and surrounding villages. On the other side, you will overlook the valley of the river Durance. A panoramic view!

Meeting point: directly at the start of the hike at parking ‘Aire des Mascas’ at 10:00 am. GPS: 43°49'45.3"N 5°34'41.4"E (43.829250, 5.578167)
Directions: From Aix, take the A51 towards Sisteron/Gap. Exit 14 direction Pertuis. Take the D556 towards Pertuis. At the roundabout take the last exit onto the D973 following directions to La Tour d’Aigues. At next small roundabout take second exit and also at next roundabout take second exit always following signs to La Tour d’Aigues. At next roundabout (HyperU) take first exit onto D119 again direction La Tour d’Aigues. Go straight over first roundabout and then at next roundabout take second exit onto D956. Take the D956 towards La Tour d’Aigues, go through town and then go right towards Grambois. After passing by the town of Grambois, keep on the D956 for a few hundred metres, then turn left on D33 towards Vitrolles (5,7 km). Drive through the village, 3,9 km from the sign indicating the end of Vitrolles to parking ‘Aire des Mascas’, which is just after a ‘citerne’ on the left.
