Summary of the decisions taken at the meeting of the

« International Hiking Group of Provence”

 

 

 

       Where present today, April 29, 2003: 15 members of the association

 

 

 

1. Bank account.

 

Out of the 477,14 euros contained on the account, it has been decided to keep a kitty of 150 euros for next year. Any suggestion as to what to do with the remainder?

 

 

 

2. Memberships fee.

 

It will be 15 euros per member next year.

 

 

 

3. Insurance.

 

We have chosen a private insurance scheme costing 4 euros per person instead of the 15 euros we have paid this year.

 

 

 

4. Flowers.

 

Each “pot luck” hostess will be offered a brunch of flowers as  a token of our gratitude.

 

 

 

5. Certificates.

 

Will be delivered to every departing member.

 

 

 

6. End of the year party.

 

One of our members will kindly lend his or her (or both) house for the evening. All expenses will be paid by the association. This year it will be a “pot luck”.

 

 

 

7. Web site.
