Ce potluck aura lieu à Puyloubier, au Domaine du Capitaine Danjou qui abrite l'Institution de la Légion Etrangère.
Cette jolie et facile randonnée vagabonde à travers les vignes dont on peut découvrir les différents cépages cultivés dans cette zone géographique (Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle and Grenache). Sur le parcours, nous nous réjouirons de vues panoramiques sur la Ste Victoire et sur la vallée de l’Arc.
Puis, pour le potluck, nous bénéficierons d'une longue table à l'ombre des arbres dans le parc du domaine.
Pour rappel, n'oubliez pas:
votre plat à partager, préalablement coupé si nécessaire, éventuellement une boisson (le vin, le pain et le fromage seront fournis par l'association)
votre vaisselle: assiette, couverts et verre...
une glacière pour garder votre plat au frais dans le coffre de la voiture, si nécessaire
un panier pour le transport jusqu'à la table (400 mètres)
un billet de 5€ pour un don à l'institution (voir email du 4 mai)
Il est intéressant de visiter le musée et la boutique du Domaine.
Let's celebrate the end of the year together with a potluck lunch on Tuesday 11 June, preceded by a 2-hour walk!
This potluck lunch will take place in Puyloubier, at the Domaine du Capitaine Danjou, home to the Foreign Legion Institution.
This very pretty and easy hike meanders through the vineyards where we will discover the different grape varieties grown on and at the foot of the mountain (Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle and Grenache). On the way, we will enjoy panoramic views of the Sainte Victoire and over the l’Arc valley.
Then, for the potluck, we'll eat at a long table in the shade of the trees in the Domain.
As a reminder, don't forget:
- your dish to share, pre-cut if necessary, possibly a drink (wine, bread and cheese will be provided by the association)
- your crockery: plate, cutlery and glass...
- a cool box to keep your dish cool in the boot of the car, if necessary
- a basket or a bag to facilitate the transport to the table (400 metres)
- 5€ for a donation to the institution (see email of 4 May)
The venue is worth a visit after the hike (museum, shop).

Meeting point: Directly at the start of the hike at 10 am.
Or at the potluck place at 12.15: after having parked your car, as the main entrance is closed due to works, enter by the right-hand side of the château, cross the domain for 300 meters, and at the Y fork, take the left, the table is a little further on your right.
Directions: Go to Puyloubier and then follow the signs to « Institution des Invalides de la Légion étrangère» also called "Domaine Danjou". Park at the «Parking visiteurs» of the Institution.
